I have always felt that the humble casino can be a little elevated with their prices on food as you Easy parking in car park in front of the casino.
However it is difficult to find the entrance and So I bought 5 x Full House Experience tickets to celebrate a work reunion and to introduce my friends to the casino.
The package is sold as an experience and in my documentation it says clearly we would have our own host for the night. The gaming tuition was completely missing and no-one mentioned this at all.
There was no host to guide or even welcome us to the full house package. Turns out this was just the table booking. This is sold as an "Experience Package" when in fact it was just a monetary exchange for some vouchers.

I used to visit this casino quite regularly to meet with clients in the bar area - very often I would stay on to meet with friends to play on the tables and machines.
Everything is very well spaced out and we found a great variety of tables and machines to suit all budgets.
This is no exception. Although some are extremely attentive and friendly particularly on arrival at reception , it can take a while to catch the attention of a waitress to order s drink at the tables.
They seem to know the regulars or possibly those they know will give a tip and will target those. Thank-you for taking time out to write a review.

This is something that we are always striving to improve upon and have put various initiatives in place, such as having a food and beverage host inside the gaming area on busier nights so that there is always someone available to take orders.

The Restaurant Menu is well balanced, food lovely and very good value for money. Weekends and holidays there is a disco or live band on.

We had to adhere to certain regulations beyond our control which delayed the installation. We pride ourselves on our customer service so its great to hear your feedback to the team and we are looking to have some refurbishment in the coming months.

Which ever grosvenor we go in which is quite a few around the country we will finish the night with this bottle. We were extremely offended by this remark as we have never been ask before with the 5 previous bottles in the other casinos.
Completely unacceptable and felt very discriminated by the bar staff. Never again will I be visiting the Birmingham branch!!!

They move chairs and tables for us I have a disability. The lady who deals with us is Sue, she is a lovely lady who is very attentive.
She walks around all the time, I never see her rest. Sue takes the time to come over and say hi and makes sure everything is fine. She got me hot chocolate and checked with kitchen that they could do something for me.
Nothing is too much trouble. Marcus and the rest of the team that deal with the dining are very helpful too. My partner and I will be going back again and again.
